Talk to me about the story of the band!
We play together since 2010. The birth of the band is due to Daniele Mella who met three other dudes, Jeremy Toma, Mimmo Cinieri and Diego Bertoni, like him scholars of the genres Groove metal, Stoner Metal and Thrash Metal. After a few months, we found a real understanding chemistry, combining the charm of the classic metal with the weight of the doom’s atmosphere.

What did you do in the last six months?
After we finished the recordings of “Garden of Exile”, we started to write the songs for a new work that will be even more dark and slow. In the meanwhile we are playing around to promote the album.

What have you got in your wallet now?
Publish “Garden of Exile” and make it listen to as many people as possible.

Why have you chosen this name for your band?
Because it’s short and incisive. And then for us it has a very personal meaning.

How important is the look/appearance for your band?
Zero. We do not use dress up as something or someone. No tricks.

Tell us about the new album “Garden of Exile”. Are you fully satisfied with it?
We are fairly satisfied with the work in general. There’re no high points or low: it is like a book, a story told in nine chapters.

How would you define your sound?
’70 Sabbath sound just a little bit more groovy, maybe sludge. However, Heavy!

Heavy music. Describe for me these words!
Heavy is the sound, the attitude. You can play thrash metal but this doesn’t mean that you’re heavy. Then you can play a blues and and you could be heavier than anyone else.

Which bands have influenced your style?
Black Sabbath, Pantera, Electric Wizard, first of all.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Playin’, drinkin’ and lovin’ wirches.

Tell me some of the bands you admire.
Down, Crowbar, Van Halen, Goatsnake.
